How is MiniStaff different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a window you type into. MiniStaff is a hosted staffer you give work to. It has its own desk: browser, files, email, and the apps you connect. It keeps running when you close your laptop, and it comes back when something needs your approval. It is not a human VA, not ChatGPT Plus, and not employment.

Standing jobs you describe in plain language: weekday briefings, watch-and-notify on a page or search, follow-up loops on stalled threads, and parallel workstreams. Repeated jobs become reusable playbooks. It remembers how you like the work done. You still review anything that leaves the building.

Who takes my payment?

Accepted Answer

Gumroad. Open a plan page, then click Continue to Gumroad. Gumroad is Merchant of Record for cards, tax at checkout, and refunds. MiniStaff never sees your card number, UPI ID, or CVV.

How does billing work?

Plus is $20, Pro is $50, Max is $100 — all USD per month, billed by Gumroad, recurring until you cancel. Gumroad may add tax at checkout. Cancel on Gumroad; access continues until the end of the paid period.

What is the 12-hour activation?

Accepted Answer

Buy a plan, and you immediately get the activation form: it walks you through creating a fresh Google account for the staffer, listing the purposes it should work on, and adding a WhatsApp number for coordination. Your agent instance is created on payment; the 12-hour clock starts when the form is submitted. The exact promise sits in the Terms.

What do I need to provide?

A Google account you control (we connect via OAuth — we do not ask for your password), a WhatsApp number for coordination, and a short written scope of the work. You review anything before it goes out.

Will MiniStaff send email from my account?

Accepted Answer

Only after you grant Google OAuth consent, and only within the scope you set. You remain responsible for mail that goes out. Outputs can be wrong; review before sending.

Question 10

Do you train AI models on my mail?

Accepted Answer

No. Customer data is not used to train public models. We keep logs only to run and support your instance.

What is the difference between Plus, Pro, and Max?

Plus is the hosted helper with free models on 5-hour rolling windows. Pro adds access to premium AI models at 2× usage, a dedicated premium environment, and priority support. Max raises premium-model usage to 5× and adds monitoring, complex workflows, and highest-priority support. Full lists live on each plan page.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, on the first charge, within 14 days, if we failed to start setup or the service is materially not as described. After setup is delivered we do not refund a period already used. Refunds run on Gumroad only. Read the Refund Policy — it is meant to match the Gumroad product toggle.

Is this for children?

Accepted Answer

No. You must be 18 or older. MiniStaff does not create accounts for children and does not knowingly collect data of persons under 18.
