Acceptable Use

You may not use MiniStaff for

• Crime, fraud, or anything illegal in India or in your country.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or grooming. We will report it.
• Anything involving minors as a product, audience, or subject.
• Malware, phishing, or breaking into other systems.
• Scraping, harvesting, or attacking other people’s sites, inboxes, or accounts without a right to do so.
• Spam or bulk unsolicited commercial mail.
• Impersonating a real person or organisation, including with MiniStaff sending mail as if it were them without authority.
• Deepfakes or sexualised images of real people without their consent.
• Presenting MiniStaff output as legal, medical, or chartered-accountant advice.

What we will do

We will suspend or cut the instance, refuse a new setup, and keep logs needed for a legal demand. Refunds in an abuse cut follow Gumroad and the Refund Policy — abuse is not a reason we must refund.
