Terms of Service

1. Who we are

MiniStaff is sold by Aditya Prakash Sahu, with a place of business at Faridabad, Haryana, India. Support and grievance: itsmeadityabro@gmail.com. Grievance Officer: Aditya Prakash Sahu.

2. What MiniStaff is

MiniStaff is a managed AI assistant: setup, hosting, and tooling so it can help with email, research, documents, and simple automations. It is not employment, not a human virtual assistant, and not a professional adviser. Buying MiniStaff does not create an employer–employee or agency relationship beyond this service contract.

3. How the contract is formed

Clicking “Continue to Gumroad” on a plan page opens Gumroad. Gumroad. The purchase contract is with Gumroad as Merchant of Record. Gumroad takes payment, may add tax at checkout, and processes refunds. We provide the service described on this site and in these terms. We never collect card numbers, UPI IDs, or CVV on this website.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. We do not create accounts for children. The product is not directed at minors. If we learn a user is under 18, we will cut access and delete personal data we hold, subject to a legal hold.

5. Plans, price, billing, cancel

Live plans, billed by Gumroad on a recurring membership until you cancel: MiniStaff Plus at $20 USD / month, MiniStaff Pro at $50 USD / month, and MiniStaff Max at $100 USD / month. Cancel through Gumroad. Access continues until the end of the paid period, then it is cut. Price on this site and on Gumroad is the same. Taxes may be added at checkout by Gumroad. Features for each plan are listed on its page under /pricing.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use page. In short: no crime, no child sexual abuse material, no scraping other people or companies without a right to do so, no spam, no using MiniStaff to impersonate someone, and no regulated advice presented as professional. We will suspend or cut the instance for abuse or non-payment.

7. AI outputs and your review

Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. You review work before sending, filing, or relying on it. See the AI Disclaimer. We are not liable for decisions you take on unreviewed output, to the extent Indian law allows. These terms do not exclude liability that law says we cannot exclude.

8. Intellectual property

We own the MiniStaff name, robot mark, and the software and setup we use to run the service. You own your content — mail, docs, briefs, and files you connect or upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the service. We do not use customer data to train public models.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end the service for unpaid invoices (as reported by Gumroad), Acceptable Use breaches, legal demand, or if continuing would create a safety or security risk. You may cancel on Gumroad at any time. On end of the paid period we cut access.

10. Service levels

Activation target: 12 hours after we have (a) confirmation of a paid order and (b) your completed activation form — which creates the fresh Google account the staffer will use, lists the purposes it should work on, and provides a WhatsApp number for coordination. The staffer signs in with OAuth consent you grant; we never take your Google password. Uptime after activation is best-effort. We do not claim 99.9% availability. Planned maintenance and upstream outages (Google, hosting, model providers, Gumroad) are outside that target.

The staffer may browse the web and send email on your behalf only after you grant the relevant OAuth consent and only inside the scope you set.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Faridabad / Delhi-NCR have jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer forum rights you have.

12. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that Indian consumer law, or the consumer law of your place of residence, does not let us exclude. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email (the address Gumroad has for you) and by posting the new date on this page. Continued use after that date is acceptance. If you do not agree, cancel on Gumroad before the date.
