You are responsible for what goes out

If the staffer sends mail from an account you connected, you granted that OAuth consent and you remain the sender for legal purposes. Same for documents it edits in your Drive. Do not treat a MiniStaff draft as a signed professional opinion.

Marketing copy about “staff” is a product name and a metaphor. It is not a legal claim that MiniStaff replaces employees, and it is not employment.

No 100% accuracy claim

We do not claim perfect accuracy, 99.9% uptime, or that the staffer “never misses.” Service levels are in the Terms.
