Abuse, spam, bulk scraping, high-volume outreach, excessive automated loops, or unusually heavy workloads may require review, throttling, upgrade, or custom pricing.

- What does “5-hour rolling usage” mean?
- Free-model work is metered in rolling 5-hour windows rather than a monthly quota. When a window's limit is reached, new work queues until it rolls open again — usually minutes. Premium-model usage is what scales by plan: 2× on Pro, 5× on Max.
- How do I cancel?
- On Gumroad, any time. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, then the instance is cut. No email ping-pong with us required.
- What happens in the 12-hour activation?
- Immediately after checkout you get the activation form: create a fresh Google account just for the staffer, list the purposes it should handle, add a WhatsApp number. Your instance exists from the moment you pay; the 12-hour clock starts when the form is submitted.
- What can't it do without me?
- Anything that leaves the building: sending mail, posting, filing. Drafts wait for your review. That is the product rule, written into the Terms and the AI disclaimer.
